The following conditions apply on returning a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

For some manufacturers, the RMA process goes directly or partially through the manufacturer.

We impose the following conditions on your return.

  • Please clearly state the defect in your request.

A description with only " does not work" is too brief. For correct and fast handling, it is important to know why you are returning the product.
 

  • Always include the serial number and production date. Without a serial number, your RMA request may be rejected or delayed.

ADI follows manufacturers' warranty policies. Almost all of our manufacturers have a repair policy after which we will return the product to you. Sometimes you will receive a (temporary) replacement.

If your product is out of warranty, the cost of repair will be passed on to you. Of course we will inform you about these costs first, so you can consider if this is the best solution for you.

After you have received confirmation that you can return the product, pack the product in a outer box. Attach a copy of your RMA form to the shipment. Do not stick it on the product or the outer box - but leave it with the product
